Thankful for all of my students! I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! We had a great time reading 'Twas the Night Before Thanksgiving today and making turkeys using our hands and our feet. Love all the giggles from everyone when I pain their feet!

We can't wait for Thanksgiving! We pretended our pumpkin playdough was pumpkin pie, made pumpkins, turkeys and even practiced cutting the playdough with scissors and playdough knives.
I am thankful for all of my students and all of the teachers in our room. Our students are thankful for their family, friends, school, toys and yummy food!
Yesterday we explored fall sensory bins with corn, leaves, mini pumpkins, gourds, acorns, and pinecones. We also made our own acorn paintings! We listened to a story about being thankful and talked about what we are thankful for or what is something that makes us happy. We started a turkey project with painting a circle for the head and ovals for the feathers. We will continue to work on the project over the next few days to put up on our November bulletin board.
